Sun Dried Tomatoes 

10 kg carton 6x3mm dice.

Pureed or diced either to your individual recipe or one of ours.

Turn 10mm diced into a delicious Low Sodium Paste with the addition of White Wine Vinegar &  Sun Flower Oil. With a Ph of <4 this will give you an ambient shelf life of 7 days or 12 weeks if chilled.

Roasted Red Pepper

10mm or Puree.

A Low Sodium product ideal for Pizza toppings or an addition to Lasagne.

Black Bean Paste

Sweet & Savoury fermented Black Beans add a unique flavour to dishes. Perfect as a condiment or ingredient in sauces and marinades.

Green or Red Thai Chilli 

Green Thai Chilli, a fragrant and spicy paste and Red Thai Chilli quite a bit hotter but equally delicious.

Regular orders 450kg or greater can be packed in plastic bags and delivered in Returnable Dolavs.

Flavoured Oils 

Need an obscure, or not so obscure flavoured oil we can flavour Olive, Sunflower or Rapeseed Oil.

All Oils are packed in 20 litre drums
